in Northern Virginia. Northern Virginia is defined as Arlington,
Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier and Stafford
Counties. If you are a First Responder purchasing that will be

partial discounts or the $7,500 grant can apply to your home purchase.
To be eligible in either case, you must use each vendor in the program
